BY HELIOS Shortly after the release of “Caesura” in 2008 on Type Records, Keith Kenniff (aka Helios/Goldmund) originally self-released this recording taken from a live concert during the Decibel Festival in Seattle, Washington at The Triple Door. The set includes songs from his past albums, Unomia, Eingya and Caesura, as well as previously unreleased material. Playing on this night as a venerable one-man-band, Helios’ live set features Kenniff on keyboards, guitar, and live drums. Complete with dinner plates clinking and the sounds of nature swirling in and out of Kenniff’s signature brand of sun-soaked ambient electronica “Live at the Triple Door” serves to capture a very special night of music indeed.
