New video and game for Boy In Static's Toy Baby Grand
Alex of Boy In Static put together a video with Philip Stockton for their latest single "Toy Baby Grand", completely with Textedit, some animated GIFs, and a few cases of Coca-Cola.
If that isn't sweet enough on it's own, Alex created a breakout/space invaders style game version of the video where you can win a bunch of mp3s/remixes from Candy Cigarette. Alex says "the twist is that we will unlock more MP3's based on the number of hits." So, if you want some tunes, hit that up!

We're excited to announce Boy In Static's new album Candy Cigarette is now available on CD and Mp3 from Circle Into Square and Fake Four, Inc. You can also find the mp3s on great stores like Emusic, and on Itunes, Amazon, etc.
There's already been a great amount of response from the release. The Guardian says that Candy Cigarette is "Instantly catchy ... like Erasure singing about an Edward Hopper painting." And XLR8R says "Simultaneously light-hearted and despondent, [Young San Francisco] makes for a palate of strings, pianos, and electro synths served over a hefty dose of electronic bleeps."
